Due to the nature of cosmetic products, returns are limited.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- the product is damaged upon arrival
- the product is incorrect
- the product is defective
Customers must report issues within:
48 hours after delivery
2. Required Proof
To process a return request, customers must provide:
- order number
- photo of the product
- photo of the packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- opened cosmetics
- used products
- items damaged by misuse
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds may be issued via:
- original payment method
- store credit
- replacement product
Processing time may take 5-10 business days.
